How are your products made? Are they ethically sourced?

Are there any care instructions for your apparel?
Wearables
Keep in mind that the original manufacturer's care instructions don't take into consideration the DTG printing process. So we suggest following the care instructions on this page to learn how to take care of your printed garments properly.
Printed apparel can be machine-washed cold, inside-out on a gentle cycle with a mild detergent and like colors. Use non-chlorine bleach only when necessary. You shouldn't use any fabric softeners or dry-clean the items.
DTG-printed apparel can be tumble-dried on a low cycle, but hang-dry works best. When it comes to ironing, use cool iron inside-out. Don't iron the print.
Mugs
Our White Glossy Mugs and White Ceramic Mugs with Color Inside are microwave and dishwasher safe, but the print and coating will last longer if you hand-wash them.
The Enamel Mugs and the Black Glossy Mugs, however, should only be hand-washed. Also, you can’t heat liquids or food directly in them—it can damage their coating.
Posters and Canvas
To ensure that your posters and canvas last for a long time, don’t keep them in direct sunlight or outdoors. They can be gently dusted with a soft dry cloth or a feather duster.

At present, our shipping is exclusively handled by Printful, our trusted print-on-demand and shipping partner. This streamlined approach allows us to ensure consistency and reliability in the delivery of your orders. While Printful is our only shipping option right now, we do periodically offer promotions that include free shipping. Keep an eye on our announcements or subscribe to our newsletter to take advantage of these special offers when they become available.
How long does shipping take?
On average, order fulfillment for all production techniques takes between 2 to 5 business days. It’s important to note that the EDT is an estimate, not a guarantee. There are several factors that may extend the time it takes for an order to arrive.

How can I track my order?
All tracking numbers can be found in the shipping notification emails we send out, as well as on your profile dashboard. Tracking numbers generate when a shipping label is printed at our facility - keep in mind the tracking information may not reflect any action for up to 24 hours after a label has been printed.
What happens if my order is delayed?
If your order’s estimated delivery time has passed, here’s what you do:
- Wait a bit more. Unfortunately, shipments can get delayed for reasons we can’t predict. We understand it’s frustrating to deal with late shipments, but please remember that our estimated delivery time is just an estimate, not a guarantee.
- Reach out to the carrier. You can contact the carrier service directly to get information about your shipment.

Returns and Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your item to initiate a return. The item must be in the condition you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, along with the receipt or proof of purchase.
How do I return an item?
To begin a return, please contact us at contact@namgloriadei.com. Once your return is confirmed, we will provide you with the return address and instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note, returns without prior request will not be accepted, and you will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
How do refunds work and how long do they take?
Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Remember, it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
Can I exchange a product if I ordered the wrong size?
Yes, you can. If you need a different size, return the item you have within 14 days, and once the return is accepted, you are free to make a separate purchase for the new item.

When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged at the checkout stage of your purchase. This occurs once you've entered all of your payment details and confirmed the payment. Rest assured, no charges are made before you complete and verify these final steps.
